About
This course helps homeschool learners explore Zangersheide horses and the country of Belgium. Students will learn why Zangersheide horses are bred for show jumping, what riders look for in a horse’s jump, and how selective breeding supports athletic traits. They will also visit Belgium through maps, landmarks, culture, creative attractions, environmental art, and a simple look at the dame blanche dessert. The course uses clear language and encourages careful observation of horses, places, and people.
